Condition Guidelines
Our goal is simple: pay exactly what we quoted whenever possible. All quotes assume your items are fully functional, complete (unless otherwise noted), clean, and in good cosmetic condition. During inspection, adjustments may be made for missing parts, cosmetic wear, or functional issues.
If total adjustments exceed 20% of your original quote, we'll email you a revised offer for your approval before completing your order. If you choose not to accept the revised offer, we can return the affected items — the seller is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
