Shipping Policy

Sometimes shipping can seem like the most difficult part—we're here to help!

We provide the prepaid shipping label for you. We also provide instructions on how to package your items. You can drop your package off at any USPS location, or USPS can pick it up right from your home!

• Quotes of $50 or more qualify for a free prepaid USPS shipping label.
• Quotes under $50 are still welcome, but shipping costs are the seller's responsibility.

Before mailing your items:

• Complete your quote submission first.
• Wait until you receive your prepaid USPS shipping label (if eligible).
• Ship your package within 30 days to keep your quoted prices.
• Pack everything securely to help prevent damage during shipping.

Proper packaging helps ensure your items arrive safely and can be processed quickly.

If you've never shipped a package before, don't worry—these simple steps will help.

Choose the Right Box

• Use a sturdy cardboard box or padded mailer that's slightly larger than your items.
• Avoid oversized boxes, as extra space allows items to move during shipping.
• If you're reusing a box, remove or cover any old shipping labels, barcodes, or branding.

Protect Your Items

Wrap fragile items using one or more of the following:

• Bubble wrap
• Packing paper
• Foam sheets
• Packing peanuts

The goal is to keep your items from moving around during shipping.

Pack Everything Securely

• Place heavier items on the bottom of the box.
• Fill all empty space with packing material.
• Before sealing the box, gently shake it. If anything moves, add more packing material until everything stays secure.

Ready to Ship

• Seal the box securely with packing tape.
• Attach your prepaid USPS shipping label so it's flat, secure, and easy to scan.
• Drop your package off at any USPS location or schedule a free USPS Package Pickup directly from your home.

Once your shipment reaches us:

• We'll inspect every item.
• We'll verify condition and completeness.
• We'll compare everything with your submitted quote.

If we find any significant differences, we'll contact you before completing your order.

Once inspection is complete, we aim to send payment within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Payment will be sent using the payment method you selected during checkout.

• Only ship items included in your submitted quote.
• Final payment is based on our inspection.
• Items damaged during shipping because of insufficient packaging may receive a reduced offer.
• Counterfeit, stolen, hazardous, or prohibited items cannot be accepted.
• Please review our Condition Guidelines before shipping.
