If you use a prepaid shipping label provided by Trusted Game Buyers, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve verified lost or damaged shipments.

Any reimbursement is subject to:

may not be returned.

Items that remain unclaimed for 30 days after we notify you may be recycled, donated, or otherwise disposed of at our discretion.
